# AIステージング-AI Staging

空間の構造をAIが正確に認識し、家具の配置から内装の変更、不要な物の削除まで、用途に合わせた最適なイメージが生成できます。

空室への家具配置はもちろん、居住中物件の荷物撤去や内装の着せ替えまで、商談の場でリアルタイムに生成できます。\
「何もない空間をどう使うか」「今の状態をどう変えられるか」を視覚的に示すことで、理想をその場でカタチにすることが可能です。

### **ご利用手順：**

1. <mark style="background-color:purple;">**機能を選択**</mark>**：** メインメニューから「AIステージング」をクリックします。
2. <mark style="background-color:purple;">**画像をアップロード**</mark>**：** 「画像をアップロード」または「アセットを選択」から、使用したい画像を選択します。
3. <mark style="background-color:purple;">**カメラモーションを設定**</mark>**：** カメラの動きの方向、速度、動きの緩急を選択します。

   **注意：** 速度と動きの緩急機能は現在最適化を進めているため、今後改善を予定しております。
4. <mark style="background-color:purple;">**生成**</mark>**：** 「動画を生成」をクリックして5秒間の動画を作成します。

#### 1.**家具をレイアウト**

何もない空間に、自動で最適な家具を配置するステージング機能です。ArchiXでは、「空間タイプ」の中から、空の部屋に再現したい内容を選択。「リビング」や「ダイニング」など住宅だけでなく、「オフィス」「商業施設」等、あらゆる空間のステージングを行っていただけます。\
家具が置かれている画像に対しても、新しいスタイルで家具を配置し、リノベーション、リフォーム後の画像を生成することも可能です。&#x20;
