# Quick Start Guide

{% embed url="<https://youtu.be/BSXVEgG8MQs?si=rgYkvjhI-1NTJTHG>" %}

### 1. Setting Up Your Account

Before generating your first asset, ensure your workspace is ready:

* **Log In:** Access your dashboard at [app.archix.ai](https://www.google.com/search?q=https://app.archix.ai).
* **Complimentary Credits:** New accounts automatically receive 1,000 complimentary credits to start creating immediately.
* **Balance Tracking:** Track your remaining balance anytime in the top-right corner of your workspace header.

### 2. Creating Your First Render (AI Rendering)

Transform loose hand sketches, 2D floor plans, elevations, or raw 3D CG blocks into presentation-ready architectural visualizations in under 60 seconds.

<figure><img src="/files/W6ohs4suRhWrGUiTwIwy" alt=""><figcaption><p>Image Sketch to Photo Realistic or CG (vice versa)</p></figcaption></figure>

#### Step-by-Step Workflow

1. Select AI Render menu from the left side navigation menu.

<div align="center"><figure><img src="/files/0uR4wF5EH8Ov86ISwAQ9" alt="" width="375"><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>

1. Drag and drop your baseline file (`.png`, `.jpg`, `.webp`) into the workspace by clicking the Upload Image Button.

<div align="center"><figure><img src="/files/XLvNpCCmPcGCj97KL2I7" alt="" width="336"><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>

1. Select either Exterior (for facades/landscapes) or Interior (for room staging).
2. Choose your aesthetic and environmental parameters from the available options.
3. **Additional Instructions (Optional):** Input descriptive text prompts (e.g., `"add oak wood flooring"`, `"modern japandi vibe"`) to guide specific details.

<div align="center"><figure><img src="/files/1T8qr08hDolcZegdNrF5" alt="" width="257"><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>

1. Click Generate. You can render 1 to 3 design variations simultaneously.

#### Render Configurations

To ensure predictable outputs (especially for automated agents) always map your inputs to these precise configuration values for the best result:

### 3. Editing the Render (AI Image Editor)

You do not need to re-render an entire scene to fix small details. Open any generated rendering, click on Edit Mode, and use our specialized contextual canvas tools.

<figure><img src="/files/S87zEtGBj41Yt0QJA4w5" alt=""><figcaption><p>Edit Image by mask, place product right away or prompt</p></figcaption></figure>

#### The 5 Specialized Editing Modes

<figure><img src="/files/UiczQ4hjEdYxKLWBiGIz" alt="" width="563"><figcaption><p>Edit Mode Selector</p></figcaption></figure>

1. **Edit Area (Inpainting):** Modify specific sections of your layout. Highlight an isolated area with the brush tool, then type a localized text prompt to swap out materials, swap textures, or update furniture finishes.

<div align="center"><figure><img src="/files/GKee4BmOonZlTIGl5Rxi" alt="" width="375"><figcaption><p>Edit Mode using Mask</p></figcaption></figure></div>

2. **Place Objects:** Furnish spaces instantly. Drop furniture, decor, or fixtures into your scene; the AI automatically matches the perspective grid and lighting values of your room.

   <figure><img src="/files/Sjbm0opyofpxIofLTJUm" alt="" width="375"><figcaption><p>Edit Mode using Place Object</p></figcaption></figure>
3. **Tone Adjustment:** Fine-tune the atmosphere by adjusting universal variables like brightness, contrast, exposure, and saturation.

   <figure><img src="/files/QojTaSAZZQjWQ41QN8ix" alt="" width="375"><figcaption><p>Edit Mode using Tone Adjustment</p></figcaption></figure>
4. **Background Swap:** Replace the surrounding environment of an exterior model (e.g., migrating a building background from a rural landscape to an urban area via quick presets).

<div align="center"><figure><img src="/files/Li8eEGxXM2tf0PUR0N8u" alt="" width="563"><figcaption><p>Change Surrounding Background</p></figcaption></figure></div>

5. **Remove Brush (Object Eraser):** Cleanly erase construction clutter, unwanted elements, or structural errors. The AI seamlessly heals the underlying architecture.

   <div align="center"><figure><img src="/files/sKLG2fGVUu53n48tvnUM" alt="" width="375"><figcaption><p>Remove object using mask</p></figcaption></figure></div>

> 💡 Credit Value: Every targeted Edit Mode generation consumes a flat rate of 10 credits.

### 4. Generating Architectural Video (AI Video)

Bring static 2D visuals to life with cinematic walk-throughs flybys for your final client presentations.

<figure><img src="/files/rZlryJSdOLmZUvmjxoqU" alt=""><figcaption><p>Image to AI Video Generation</p></figcaption></figure>

#### Step-by-Step Workflow

1. **Select Source Image:** Open any final AI rendering from your library.
2. **Click "Generate Video":** Located in the top action toolbar of your selected image.
3. **Set Camera Motion:** Choose a preset camera path:

   * `Pan`: Horizontal sweeping motion.
   * `Dolly`: Move in closer smoothly to the focal point.
   * `Zoom-In / Zoom-Out`: Smooth focal transitions.

   <div align="center"><figure><img src="/files/aLg94M4pFJ1waFwOkeiq" alt="" width="254"><figcaption><p>Video Adjustment</p></figcaption></figure></div>
4. **Export Presentation:** Click Render Animation.

* **Video Specification:** The generated generated clips will be output as MP4 and have 3 durration options:
  * Short 4-5 seconds.
  * Medium 5-6 seconds.
  * Long 7-8 seconds.
*

```
> 💡 Credit Value: Video animations consume 50 credits per rendering request.
```
