Floorplan to Render

The Quick 4-Step Workflow

AI Render Screen
  1. Drop in your file: Click Upload Image or Select Asset in the middle of the screen.

  2. Tell the AI what it is: Pick your file type in the left sidebar (Photo, CG Render, Concept Sketch, Colored Sketch, Floor Plan, Elevation, Model) so the AI reads it correctly.

Select Input Type
  1. Choose your style: Select whether it's an interior or exterior, and pick your lighting and design style.

Select Output Type
  1. Hit generate: Choose how many images you want, pick your quality, and watch it build.

🔄 Note: As soon as you upload an image, the big buttons in the center will disappear to show your active workspace. To clear the screen and start completely fresh, just click the + New Render button at the top of your right-hand history gallery.

1. What Are You Uploading? (Input Type)

To get the most accurate results, use the Input Type dropdown to tell the AI what kind of file you just uploaded.

Best Used For...

What the AI Does With It

Photo

Real photos of existing rooms or buildings

Keeps the basic layout but swaps out materials, furniture, and finishes.

CG Render

3D computer models or basic digital drafts

Adds realistic textures, lifelike lighting, and depth to flat digital designs.

Concept Sketch

Rough, hand-drawn napkin ideas

Cleans up loose, messy lines and turns them into sharp architectural shapes.

Colored Sketch

Artistic or colored drawings

Preserves the overall composition while giving it a polished, professional finish.

Floor Plan

Flat 2D blueprint layouts

Extrudes flat lines upwards to turn a 2D map into a 3D view you can look into.

Elevation

Flat front-facing or side-facing building drawings

Strictly recognizes the exact framing and layout of a building's facade.

Model

Photos of physical mini-models (foam, wood, etc.)

Transforms a physical cardboard or foam model into a real, life-sized building.

2. Choose Your Output Style (Output Specs)

This is where you set the overall mood, angle, and look of your final design. The app is smart—the choices inside the Style dropdown will automatically change based on the Input Type you selected in the previous step.

CG to Hand Drawn or Photo Realistic

Base Settings

Before picking your style, set these two foundational elements:

  • Project Type: Switch between Interior or Exterior so the AI knows whether it’s designing an indoor room or an outdoor structure.

  • Lighting: Instantly change the time of day and atmosphere (like High Noon, Golden Hour, or Night).

Different Type of Lighting

Style Availability Blueprint

Look at the Input Type you selected in Step 1 to see exactly which styles are available to show your client:

For Photo, Concept Sketch, or Painted Sketch

Different Output Style of Photo

You have access to all four design styles:

  1. Realistic: A clean, high-end photograph look. (Default)

  2. Watercolor: A soft, hand-painted presentation concept.

  3. Sketch: A minimalist, sharp pencil-drawn architectural style.

  4. Marker: A vibrant, high-contrast look reminiscent of a design-studio marker drawing.

For CG Render

Different Output Style of CG

Perfect for upgrading quick 3D block-outs into finalized looks:

  1. Realistic: Adds lifelike materials and physical lighting to your digital model.

  2. Sketch: Strips away the raw 3D look and turns it into a chic pencil drawing.

For Floor Plan

Top Down Output Options

When you select Floor Plan, an extra setting will appear in your sidebar allowing you to choose your layout angle. First, select your view:

  • Top-Down: A perfectly flat, bird's-eye view looking straight down into the rooms. Then, choose from three available styles: Realistic, Watercolor, or Sketch.

  • Isometric: A 3D angled view that gives the floor plan depth, walls, and dimension. Then, choose from there available styles: Realistic, Surface, or Technical.

Isometric Output Options

For Elevation Plan

Elevation Plan to Photo Realistic

Because elevation drawings require strict architectural accuracy, the system locks in the optimal mode:

  • Realistic: This is the only option available for elevations, ensuring your building's facade updates with true-to-life materials while perfectly preserving your structural geometry.

For Mockup

Mockup to Realistic or Water Color

Ideal for turning physical scale models into full-sized reality:

  1. Realistic: Converts your miniature foam or wood model into a real photograph of a completed building.

  2. Watercolor: Gives your miniature model concept a soft, artistic, hand-painted finish.

3. Extra Touches (Optional)

How to Use the Prompt Box

Replace

Swaps an existing item out for something entirely new.

Type what should take its place (e.g., "modern tan leather sofa").

Add

Drops a completely new object or feature into the space.

Type what you want to add (e.g., "potted fiddle leaf fig tree").

Remove

Completely erases clutter, mistakes, or unwanted elements.

Leave the prompt box completely blank to wipe the item away.

Type the new material finish (e.g., "light oak hardwood planks" or "white marble").

Reframe (beta)

Adjusts the camera angle or expands the view of your image.

Type details about the surrounding environment you want to reveal.

Keep

Tells the AI to lock a specific area in place so it doesn't change.

Type what the locked item is to ensure the AI preserves it perfectly.

How to Use the Prompt Box

The Prompt box is your direct line to the AI, but you don't need to be a technical prompting expert to use it. Treat it like a simple notepad:

  • No full sentences required: Just type raw, everyday keywords separated by commas.

  • Keep it descriptive: Instead of typing "nice floor", type "light oak hardwood floors, matte finish".

  • Let the optimizer do the work: Once you type your simple keywords, click the ⚡ Optimize Prompt button, and the system will automatically clean up your notes into a highly detailed instruction for the AI.

4. Quality & Generating

  • Image Count: Pick 1, 2, or 3 to choose how many different variations you want the AI to create at the same time.

Generations Cost
  • Generation Cost: The number on the button shows exactly how many credits your current render will cost. Click the small arrow right inside the button to switch between Standard Quality (20 credits) and HD Quality (30 credits).

📁 Where did my work go? Every design you generate is automatically saved on the right side of your screen under a Project. You can see your original upload right next to the new creation. Click View All at the bottom of that column to browse through your entire project history.
