Things to check when you don't get the result you expected.

Here are the checkpoints for figuring out the cause yourself when you don't get the result you expected.

#Common Checkpoints

• Did you upload an image? An input image is required. You can't generate from text alone.
• Does your product image have a transparent background? Place Objects works best with a transparent PNG. If the product photo still has its background, the background can be pasted in along with the product.
• The background setting doesn't appear: Background only appears for exterior projects in AI Render.
• The result looks distorted: Check that the input type you selected matches your material.
• You can't upload: Supported formats are PNG, JPG, JPEG, WebP, HEIC and HEIF (convert PDFs to images first). Files up to 50 MB are accepted; video frames can be up to 10 MB.
